About Hon. Fuad Kayode Laguda

Fuad Kayode Laguda represents Surulere I federal constituency of Lagos State in the House of Representatives for the All Progressives Congress. In the House he has concentrated on regulatory and education legislation, sponsoring bills to criminalise discrimination against Higher National Diploma holders (2024), to establish a national commission for polytechnic education, to create a Nigerian Recycling Regulatory Agency and a fintech regulatory commission (2025), and a measure against casual labour practices in banks that passed second reading in December 2025.

As of August 2026, Laguda remains the member for Surulere I.
