Khadija Bukar Ibrahim represents the Damaturu/Gujba/Gulani/Tarmuwa federal constituency of Yobe State in the 10th House of Representatives on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Born 6 January 1967, she first entered the House in 2007 and has been returned at successive elections, resuming her seat on 12 June 2019 and again in the 10th Assembly.
Ibrahim served as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs from November 2015 until January 2019, resigning to return to the legislature. Before her federal career she was Commissioner for Transport and Energy in Yobe State in 2004 and managing director of ZAFACA Nigeria Limited between 1996 and 2004. She holds a degree in business studies and sociology from the Roehampton Institute of Higher Education.
As of August 2026, she remains the member for Damaturu/Gujba/Gulani/Tarmuwa.
