Kwamoti Bitrus Laori represents Demsa/Numan/Lamurde Federal Constituency of Adamawa State in the House of Representatives on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, having been returned at the 2023 general election.
A native of Imburu in Numan and a law graduate, Laori first entered the National Assembly in 2015, succeeding Anthony Madwatte; that election was later voided by the election tribunal and the Court of Appeal. He regained the seat in 2019 and has held it since. In the 10th Assembly he has sponsored motions on public health, among them a January 2025 motion on hepatitis B control that drew comment from civil society groups.
As of August 2026, Laori remains the member for the constituency.
