Victor Onyemeachi Nwokolo represents the Ika North East/Ika South Federal Constituency of Delta State in Nigeria's House of Representatives, and is listed on the All Progressives Congress platform. Born on 19 April 1964, he has held the seat across successive assemblies, having been returned in 2019 and again at the 2023 general election.
Nwokolo won the Peoples Democratic Party's ticket for the constituency at the party's Delta primaries in May 2022, alongside Ndudi Elumelu and other serving members. In May 2025 six members of the House from Delta State formally defected from the PDP to the APC, part of a wider realignment that followed the state government's own move to the ruling party.
