Okonkwo Uchenna Harris represents the Idemili North/Idemili South Federal Constituency of Anambra State in the House of Representatives on the platform of the Labour Party. He won the seat at the February 2023 general election, one of the Labour Party candidates returned in Anambra during that cycle, and was sworn in with the 10th National Assembly in June 2023.

Okonkwo was born on 15 April 1986. In November 2024 he ran an empowerment exercise covering more than 400 constituents, and in January 2025 he commissioned an information and communications technology centre in a community within the constituency. He sought a further term ahead of the 2027 general election, setting out a constituency development platform in May 2026.

As of August 2026, Okonkwo remains the member for Idemili North/Idemili South.
