Sesi Whingan represents the Badagry federal constituency of Lagos State in the 10th House of Representatives, sitting on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He took the seat at the 2023 general election, and The Nation described him in October 2023 as the youngest of Lagos State's members in the chamber.
