Thaddeus Attah represents Eti-Osa Federal Constituency, Lagos State, in the 10th House of Representatives on the platform of the Labour Party. He won the seat at the general election of 25 February 2023 with 24,075 votes, defeating Olubankole Wellington of the Peoples Democratic Party, who polled 18,666, and the incumbent Babajide Obanikoro of the All Progressives Congress, who polled 16,901.
The result was among the opposition gains recorded in Lagos in 2023 and was widely attributed to the Labour Party presidential campaign of Peter Obi. Attah had not previously held elective office.
As of August 2026, Attah remains a Labour Party member of the House and holds no announced principal office.
