Terseer Ugbor represents Kwande/Ushongo Federal Constituency, Benue State, in the 10th House of Representatives, sitting on the platform of the All Progressives Congress. He took the seat on 13 June 2023, succeeding Robert Tyough, after the general election of 25 February 2023.
Before his election Ugbor worked for about seventeen years in environmental and sustainability practice, including as chief executive of the Alliance for Responsible Battery Recycling and as founder of the Recycling and Economic Development Initiative of Nigeria, with work spanning solar technology, electronic waste and environmental policy. In the 10th Assembly he serves as deputy chairman of the Committee on Environment and chaired the ad hoc committee on the student loan scheme, and sits on committees including aviation, petroleum, ecological funds, public procurement, steel development and poverty alleviation.
As of August 2026, Ugbor remains a member for Kwande/Ushongo.
