Ukodhiko Ajiroghene Jonathan represents Isoko North/Isoko South Federal Constituency of Delta State in the House of Representatives, sitting with the All Progressives Congress. He won the seat at the 2023 general election, receiving his certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission in March 2023, and was returned as his party's candidate for the constituency at primaries held in May 2026.

An engineer by training, Ukodhiko served as a commissioner in the Delta State government before entering federal politics. He contested and won the Peoples Democratic Party primary for the constituency in May 2022 and was elected on that platform in February 2023, later moving to the APC.
