Binos Dauda Yaroe has represented Adamawa South Senatorial District since 11 June 2019, when he was first elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party. He was re-elected in February 2023 and is serving a second term.
In the 10th Senate Yaroe chairs the Committee on States and Local Government Affairs, having been vice-chairman of the Committee on Capital Market in the 9th Senate. He is treasurer of the Northern Senators' Forum and of the North-East National Assembly caucus. His career before politics was in accounting and finance, with spells in the tertiary education sector, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and the Nigerian Stock Exchange; he was secretary of Zing Local Government Area in 1988–1989.
