Oluwole Oke represents Obokun/Oriade Federal Constituency of Osun State in the 10th House of Representatives, and was returned at the 2023 general election. He sits on the All Progressives Congress platform after leaving the Peoples Democratic Party in April 2025, a defection Osun PDP publicly criticised at the time and which Oke explained in a May 2025 interview.
A businessman and economist by background, Oke first entered the House in 2003 and served until 2011, chairing the Committee on Defence in that period. He lost his re-election bid in 2011, regained the seat in 2015 and has since chaired the House Committee on Public Accounts.
As of August 2026, Oke faces contested APC primaries in the constituency and a declared 2027 challenge from Accord Party candidate Pelumi Olajengbesi.
