About Hon. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe

Tolulope Akande-Sadipe represents Oluyole Federal Constituency of Oyo State in the House of Representatives on the platform of the All Progressives Congress. She first entered the House in 2019 and was returned at the 2023 general election, and chairs the House Committee on Diaspora.

Before her election, Akande-Sadipe worked as an accountant with firms including KPMG, Guaranty Trust Bank and the Dangote Group, and founded the consultancy Westlake Consultants. She served as Special Adviser on Projects to the Governor of Oyo State between 2016 and 2017. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in international business management.

She won the APC primary for the Oluyole seat on 17 May 2026, a contest followed by disputes within the Oyo chapter of the party and by litigation from an aggrieved aspirant reported in July 2026. As of August 2026 she remains the member for Oluyole.
