Akarachi Etinosa Amadi represents Ikeduru/Mbaitoli Federal Constituency of Imo State in the House of Representatives on the platform of the All Progressives Congress. The Independent National Electoral Commission declared him winner of the seat in April 2023, when he was in his late twenties, and he was inaugurated with the 10th National Assembly in June 2023.
Amadi's reported legislative output includes bills on education, infrastructure and governance, and constituency schemes covering scholarships for 114 students in January 2024 and a distribution of transformers, vehicles and cash grants in April 2026. He received Champion Newspapers' 2025 Legislator of the Year award in March 2026.
