Adebayo Olusegun Balogun represents the Ibeju-Lekki federal constituency of Lagos State in the House of Representatives on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He first won the seat at the 2019 general election, taking about 43 per cent of votes cast, and was returned in 2023 for the 10th Assembly.
In the 9th Assembly he sponsored legislation to establish a Federal Medical Centre at Ibeju-Lekki, which passed second reading in April 2022. As of August 2026 he remains the member for Ibeju-Lekki.
