About Hon. Adefarati Adegboyega Adeyemi

Adefarati Adegboyega Adeyemi represents Akoko South East/Akoko South West Federal Constituency of Ondo State in the House of Representatives on the platform of the All Progressives Congress. He won the seat at the February 2023 general election and was sworn in with the 10th National Assembly in June 2023; his return survived a series of petitions at the election tribunal.

Adefarati is a son of the late Adebayo Adefarati, governor of Ondo State between 1999 and 2003. His constituency work has included bursary awards to undergraduates in 2024 and donations of vehicles and equipment to security and health institutions in 2025.

In May 2026 he was returned unopposed as the APC candidate for the constituency in the party's primary ahead of the 2027 general election.
