Adelegbe Oluwatimehin Emmanuel represents Owo/Ose Federal Constituency of Ondo State in the House of Representatives on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, having won the February 2023 general election and been sworn in with the 10th National Assembly in June 2023.
His constituency programme has centred on agriculture and rural infrastructure: distributions of agricultural inputs and cash grants in 2024, more than 100,000 cocoa seedlings in March 2025, and solar street lights later that year. He has also raised insecurity in Owo and Ose in the chamber, and took part in House work on drug trafficking in October 2025.
As of August 2026 Adelegbe holds the seat; he was reported in May 2026 to have lost the APC primary for the constituency ahead of the 2027 elections.
