Blessing Onuh represents Otukpo/Ohimini federal constituency, Benue State, in the House of Representatives, sitting with the All Progressives Congress. She was first elected in 2019 and returned to the 10th Assembly at the 2023 general election. She contested her first election on the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance and joined the APC in 2020.
Onuh worked in the Federal Capital Territory Administration before entering the legislature, serving as secretary of its social welfare secretariat and as acting chairman of the FCT committee on the prerogative of mercy, and earlier as a special assistant to federal ministers. She holds a degree in sociology from the University of Abuja. She is a daughter of David Mark, President of the Senate from 2007 to 2015.
